Sole E35 Elliptical Trainer (2011 Model)
only
$1,292.25
Rated a "best buy" by leading consumer websites and magazines, the Sole E35 elliptical trainer delivers an efficient full-body workout in the comfort of your bedroom, basement, or garage. The E35 is equipped with a heavy 25-pound flywheel, a high gear ratio not found on most comparable models, and a whisper-quiet drive system. The E35's console includes a vibrant LCD display and an integrated sound system. As a result, the trainer delivers an extremely fluid performance and plenty of top-end resistance, helping it function like a much more expensive trainer. The E35's power incline feature, meanwhile, boosts resistance even more while targeting different core muscle groups, adding diversity to your workout. Simply press a button to raise the incline ramp to your preferred position. The ramp angle is fully adjustable from a level plane up to 30 degrees, so you can individually target and work all major lower body muscles. The E35 makes it easy to track your workout progress via the vibrant 6.5-inch blue LCD display, which includes windows for resistance, time, distance, calories burned, and pulse. The console also offers a number of handy amenities, including built-in speakers for listening to your iPod or MP3 player, built-in cooling fans, and a water bottle holder. The E35 comes complete with two heart-rate-controlled workout options, so you can customize the workout specifically to your needs. Throughout your HR workout, the E35 will display a heart rate zone graph on the console while adjusting the resistance to keep you in your target zone (the trainer includes a wireless chest strap that touts a 99.9 percent accuracy rating). The remainder of the time, you can challenge yourself with the six automatic programs or two customizable programs. To encourage a more comfortable workout, Sole added oversized, custom-designed foot pedals to the E35. Designed in collaboration with a leading physical therapist and sports enthusiast, the pedals feature a 2-degree inward slope, helping reduce the ankle and knee stress that's common in other elliptical machines. In addition, the footbeds are adjustable, so users with different gaits can find the perfect position for their needs. Each foot pedal offers three variable settings and pivots at the toe of the pedal. Additional features include a pair of stationary handlebars with built-in pulse sensors; adjustable incline and resistance controls built into the arms; and 16 resistance levels. E35 Elliptical
My E35 Elliptical Review

If there's one thing that Sole really goes to town for with their elliptical machines, is making sure you get your money’s worth. The 2009-2010 Sole E35 elliptical trainer is a great example of this because all you need to do is to check the features and specifications to realize how well-made and advanced their elliptical trainers are.
That being said, it’s not a question why Sole rated the E35 elliptical as their 'Best Buy'. Now, considering the price, the quality, service and specifications of these elliptical machines, they portray those commercial elliptical which are three to four times more costly. Aside from these, I was also amazed of their warranties. They offer two-year in-home labor and five years warranty on parts, which is way better than any most elliptical trainers.
Despite its size and weight, surprisingly, E35 elliptical can easily be assembled. Instructions are easy to understand and follow. By laying out the instruction and following the step-by-step procedures, you only need to allot a maximum of 2 hours to assemble these elliptical trainers. And, if you’re in doubt, you can call one of Sole’s customer support representatives, which are all very willing to help.
The length of Sole E35 elliptical trainer can accommodate a 20’ stride, which is best for both average and taller users. Even the foot pedals have been designed based on the inputs of top sport therapists, to reduce stress on the lower leg joints and muscles. It is also easy to adjust to help create the most comfortable of workouts.
Once you start working out on this elliptical trainer, you’ll experience an unbelievably smooth and stable motion, which is all thanks to the heavy duty rails in the drive system and 25lb fly wheel. Sole E35 elliptical trainer, like most elliptical machines, also provides reverse motion.
However, among the features of Sole E35 elliptical trainer that stands out is the power incline, which allows an inclination of 15-40 degrees with 16 levels of resistance and 8 programmed workouts. This makes the workouts more challenging. Believe me, when you up the intensity and increase the incline, you’ll really feel the burn in your lower leg muscles.
Now aside from these features, E35 also offers other feature such as heart monitor, which links to the blue backlit display. It also has a small fan which provides great relief while you’re undergoing intense workouts. It also allows you to plug iPod or MP3 player and it has built-in speakers, which is not anything to write so much about, but it provides entertainment during workouts.
I’m not wondering why Sole elliptical machines are very popular amongst home gym fanatics. With the number of features and specifications that this machine has, it can really compete with top end commercial elliptical. If you compare it with Schwinn 430 and Kettler Verso CT 307, I can clearly say that it has the edge. These two may be cheaper than Sole E35 elliptical trainer’s price tag which is $1299, but it really gives you your money’s worth with all its features and specifications.
